About Spike

Welcome to my website, to give you a bit about myself. I have been doing traditional comic art since I was 12. My influences from the comics industry include Paul Smith, George Perez, Neal Adams, Mike Grell, Joe Staton and more. It’s not my full time job, but I do love to draw and meeting fans while at Cons. 

I get asked a lot why I sell my original art for so little, my answer is simple really. I love the reaction when a fan sees one of my pieces and says, “oh wow, I love that! It’s amazing!” When that happens I know that person is going to value my art the way I do, thus the price I charge.

All that being said I have also done my own comic book titles and contributed to several others. My creator owned books are Lady Freedom, Athena the Undying, Stars End and contributed to Antarctic Press’s Exciting Comics issue 1 & 2, Mississippi Zombie and Harvest of Horrors from Second Sight Publishing.
